The Ideal AP40 Med Edition is a professional air cleaner for hygienically pure air. Designed for room sizes up to around 400 square feet, the AP40 comes with a Novel HEPA Filter System with antibacterial coating and anti-odor filter. The filter elements are individually replaceable, and made out of the highest quality filter materials.

When you need to remove harmful items and pollutants from the air like fine dust, pollen and acarid allergens, pathogens such as viruses, bacteria, and mold spores, cigarette smoke, exhaust fumes, chemical vapors, and odors from the air. The antimicrobial CleanCel® equipment of the device and the antimicrobial coating MedShield® of the HEPA filter inhibit the growth of microbes and removes pathogens. PlasmaWave® technology supports the removal of bacteria, viruses, and mold spores to produce healthy, revitalizing air.

When the AP40 is switched off, it seals the outlet to keep the interior clean when not in use. The controls are intuitive and highly customizable. A top quality touch display provides a great interface to adjust settings and check status. Function modes include Auto, Manual, Sleep, and Turbo. In AutoMode, the AP40 continuously monitors air quality with intelligent sensor technology (senses fine dust, gas, odors, and brightness) to automatically control and adjust power.

There are 5 levels of fan speed (Sleep / Low / Middle / High / Turbo) so you can adjust things manually if you wish. The PlasmaWave® system can be turned on or off at will with the touch of a button. If you want the purifier to run for a specific amount of time, you can set the timer to 1, 4, or 8 hours. The Ideal AP40 Med Edition has a child-proof lock function, and convenient function indicators to show the current operation status at all times. The filter change display lets you know when it is time to replace the filters. On average, filters need to be changed after 12 months (1 year).
