Over the years we've grown and ensured our commitment to providing personal, helpful service. We ship our items from the closest warehouse to you to provide quick, easy shipping all around the U.S.

We are authorized dealers for GBC, Swingline, Acco, Akiles, Tamerica, Rhin-O-Tuff, Renz, MBM, and many other manufacturers.

Most items can be returned within 30 days in unused, resalable condition. To return an item, see our full Return Policy.

We ship every item you order from our closest warehouse with stock. Most items arrive in 1-5 days.

Need something by a certain day? Call us at 1-866-455-9900 and we'll let you know how soon it will arrive at normal speed. We can also quote expedited shipping if you need it faster.

We have warehouses all over the U.S. and ship from our closest warehouse with stock.

Or you can click the "Request Expedited Shipping Quote" during checkout (on the final "Review Order" page). Once the order is placed, we'll call you with the amount for your approval before shipping the order.

American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover credit and debits cards. Checks & Net 30 terms may be an option with credit approval.

Equipment service is available for a wide variety of machines. We have techs all over the U.S. that can repair your equipment.

We have two easy ways to get custom items:

Currently we are only able to ship within the United States & US territories.

Some of our items are oversized, or ship via truck. Non-truck shipping items on your order that qualify for free shipping will still ship for free. If you have any questions please call us at 1-866-455-9900.

While rare, if an item arrives damaged, we're here to help. Please take pictures of the damage (box & items), and send a written description of the damage to CustomerService@OnlineSkyline.com within 24 hours of delivery if possible. If the items arrived on a freight truck, please list the damage on the BOL (bill of lading) that is signed upon delivery. Let us know if you'd like a new item to be shipped or if you'd like a refund.
