ALM ASAP Laminate Film Rolls

ALM Laminate Film is designed for the ALM3220, 3222, & 3230 Automatic Laminator Machines (ALM). This FuseFX ALM ASAP film has a specialized adhesive that bonds to the difficult toner surfaces that on demand digital printing produces.

ASAP is a term that stands for "Always Sticks, All Prints". This means you can use it for any printed pages whether digital or conventional offset style printing.

Temperature Guide:

Note:Some models have a max speed that is lower than this guide. For those, begin with the temperatures listed below, then increase the temp as need for thicker paper stocks.

1.5 Mil:

  • Temp: 210F - 230F
  • Speed: 48-68 inches/minute

3 Mil:

  • Temp: 220F - 240F
  • Speed: 48-68 inches/minute

5 Mil:

  • Temp: 230F - 250F
  • Speed: 48-60 inches/minute
