Formax Coil100 Electric Coil Inserter & Crimper
The Formax Coil100 is a compact electric coil inserting and finishing system designed for professional spiral-bound booklets. Its electric rubber roller quickly and effectively threads plastic spiral coil through punched documents, while the integrated manual cutting and crimping unit provides a complete finishing solution in one compact system.
The Coil100 accommodates coil elements from 1/4" to 3/4" (6 to 20 mm) in diameter and binding widths up to 13.4". An automatic stop feature on the electric roller provides added operator safety, while rugged all-metal construction supports dependable everyday use.
After coil insertion, the integrated cutting and crimping tool trims and crimps the plastic coil at a 45-degree angle for a professional finish. Plastic coil binding allows finished documents to open completely flat or fold back on themselves for convenient viewing.

Stand-Alone Operation
The Coil100 can also be configured for independent stand-alone operation. Stand-alone use requires the optional Punch100-30 Support Stand.
