Please follow this guide to make sure you get the correct PCB for your Ultima 65. There are multiple versions based on model & serial number, so we'll show you what to look for here.
Compare the pictures & info below with the old PCB (printed circuit board) that is being removed:
For the Ultima 65 (Not -1) the PCB needed does not have the wires for an External Triac and has two (2) adjustment pots for calibrating.
For the Ultima 65-1 (Non-ROHS) the PCB needed comes as a kit that includes the PCB, External Triac, Heat Sink and screws.
The PCB has the Blue, Yellow and Red wires to attach to the External Triac, one (1) adjustment pot for calibrating, 120V white sticker and a Rev. 2.0.2 on the chip.
Serial Number Prior to SH00001G
For the Ultima 65-1 ROHS Compliant the PCB needed has the Blue, Yellow and Red wires to attach to the External Triac, one (1) adjustment pot for calibrating, GREEN New Sensor sticker and a Rev. 2.0.4 on the chip.
Serial Number Starting SH00001G and newer.
For the Ultima 65-2 Gray, the PCB Part Number is listed below.
Serial Number Starting TH1618700011 and forward.
