Here at Skyline Book Binding Supply, we use a rapid fulfillment process, shipping on the day of the order from the closest warehouse in your area. Most areas can expect 2-3 day delivery on supplies & 3-5 day delivery on machines. Book binding supply warehouse locations include: New Jersey, Illinois, Virginia, Texas & California.

Most products are shipped Standard UPS Ground. Exact shipping charges are disclosed to you during checkout based on total weight of order.

Be sure to check your address information. If it is not correct there will be a $13.50 charge for an address correction.

If you need your product faster we can send it out on UPS 3rd day, UPS 2nd Day or UPS next day service. On certain products we can ship up to 4:30pm Pacific time. Call 1-866-455-9900 and we'll be happy to help.

Most orders ship UPS ground. We will ship using any method we choose for the best delivery.

On occasion Skyline may substitute comparable products to ensure the fastest delivery.

A comparable product is a product that has demonstrated and has been approved through a trial process, or where indicated as a product substitution, to have the indicated qualities related to type, function, dimension, in-service performance, physical properties, appearance, and other characteristics that equal or exceed those of specified product.

Please note: At this time, we only ship orders within North America and Puerto Rico.

Orders for Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico and Hawaii have special shipping requirements and do not qualify for free shipping.
