· Return Policy Binding Supplies may only be returned due to a manufacturer defect or damage from shipping. Common carrier damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery and concealed damage must be reported to Skyline Communications Customer Service within 24 hrs. of receipt of delivery. All returns will be for repair or exchange only depending on the type of damage or defect. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping and handling charges but will be reimbursed by the manufacturer when the repaired or exchanged item is shipped back to the purchaser.
